When you are injured on the job and your employer does not accept responsibility it is nice to have an attorney hear you, express concern for you and agree that you need to be treated fairly. Scott offered to see me during lunch just a couple hours after the accident. He made sure I knew my rights and, given that I had a back and neck injury he made sure I got medical appointments scheduled as soon as I could. Scott has gone above and beyond, in my opinion, in helping me during this difficult time. Whether it's early in the morning or late at night he is prompt when responding to my emails or phone calls.
